Sunrise Mechanical Contracting started in 2007 as a family owned and operated full service Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning business.  Milad Loga is the owner/operator of all the service calls.  He started the company with one goal in mind, to provide superior customer service and quality work at moderate cost.  

In 1994, Milad started his journey in the HVAC business by getting an associate in Applied Science Degree Major in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. After graduating with honors, he started residential systems installation, and soon after he serviced them.

After 6 years of mastering residential work he wanted to expand his horizon by getting into commercial HVAC. During the last 12 years in the commercial industry, he endured a lot of challenges which made him one of the top commercial service technicians in the field. Also, Milad holds State of Virginia Master HVAC Tech. License.   With 18 years of field service, he is able to confidently handle all your heating and air conditioning service and installation needs.
